Meet Bhuvaneshwari, Principal of ARCA Pre-School
Hello! I’m Bhuvaneshwari, and I’ve had the joy of serving as Headmistress at ARCA Pre-School for the past four wonderful years. My greatest passion is spending time with our little learners, ages 1-5, and watching their eyes light up with curiosity and wonder.
Every day at ARCA is an adventure filled with discovery. I believe these early years are precious foundations not just for academic learning, but for developing social skills, emotional intelligence, and a lifelong love of exploration.
What I cherish most about my role is connecting with each unique child—whether I’m sitting cross-legged during circle time, guiding tiny hands through their first painting, or simply offering a comforting hug on a challenging day.
My educational philosophy is simple: “Children are not vessels to be filled, but flowers to be nurtured.” With this guiding principle, I work with our dedicated team to create a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to grow.

are fully qualified, very experienced and extremely dedicated to their roles – many have been with us since it opened in 2010.
We truly value continuity of care and know how important consistency is in a young child’s life – which is why we our team is only made of of all permanent part-time and full-time educators. We employee regular permanent float educators which enables us to refrain from using “casual” or “agency” educators. This means that your child will always know and be familiar with every educator in the service!
